Prince Matthews, Sr., MPA
Originally from Homewood, Pittsburgh, PA, Prince Matthews, Sr. and has been heavily involved in his home community and other communities across America for over 15 years. In the past, he has worked on presidential campaigns, a national political convention, within state government, local government, higher education, and for various community organizations and initiatives.
Currently, Prince is the Founder and CEO of Viral Pyramid Marketing, a digital marketing agency that provides a variety of services to businesses, entertainers, nonprofit organizations, and social media influencers around the globe. He also operates various social enterprises and volunteers his time on various boards of directors.
In 2020, Prince graduated Summa Cum Laude from the University of Pittsburgh, Graduate School of International and Public Affairs with a Master’s in Public Administration (MPA) concentrating in Public and Nonprofit Management in 2020. He is also a Summa Cum Laude graduate of Clarion University (2015), and a high honors graduate of Westinghouse High School (2010). He is also the first Westinghouse High School Alumni to be accepted into the Ivy League all whilst receiving the most prestigious fellowship from Cornell University in 2018. Moreover, Prince is also alumni of Dixon University Center in Harrisburg, PA, and The Washington Center in Washington, D.C.
Prince has a long record of public service, activism, and politically engaged research throughout America. His scholarly work, leadership, and activism focuses on poverty, inequality, injustice, and black mobility. Prince is considered a leader in his professions (Government/Politics, Education, Entertainment, and Marketing) because his creativity, expertise, and experience allow him to innovate and elevate the standards of production/service in any industry he’s involved in. Finally, Prince was recently selected as a 2020-2021 Regional Finalist for the prestigious White House Fellowship program. The White House Fellowship is the world’s most prestigious program for leadership and public service.
